摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescence measuring instrument simple in constitution capable of taking in the maximum quantity of fluorescence, by correcting the shift of the maximum transmissivity of a fluorescence filter with a wavelength region caused by the shift of peak wavelength of the fluorescences emitted from a sample. SOLUTION: The fluorescence measuring instrument is provided with a dichroic mirror 3 for reflecting the specific wavelength in the luminous flux from a light source 1 to irradiate the sample 5 and permitting the fluorescence emitted from the sample to transmit, an interference filter 8 of the fluorescence filter for transmitting the specific wavelength region corresponding to the fluorescence, a filter holding member 7 for holding the interference filter 8 in a tiltable manner, and a filter inclining means capable of adjusting the angle of inclination of the interference filter 8 with respect to the optical axis of an incident surface.
