PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder using a tube having a large expansion and suppressing occurrence of puncture, and preventing abrasion powders from being stuck to an object in use. SOLUTION: This holder comprises a base substance divided into a large-diameter portion and a small-diameter portion in its midway, a cylindrical movable member having one end where the end of the small-diameter portion of the base substance is drawably inserted and the closed other end, an elastic body disposed in a clearance between the large-diameter potion end face in the small-diameter portion side of the base substance and the movable member opposed thereto, and a tube having one opening part externally inserted around the large diameter portion end part in the base substrate small-diameter portion side and the other opening part externally inserted around the movable member end part in a hermetically sealed state. A fluid storage chamber is formed of the movable member, the base substrate and the tube, and the base substance is provided with feed/discharge channels capable of feeding and discharging the fluid to/from the fluid storage chamber. This holder is characterized in that the feed of the fluid through the feed/discharge channel enlarges the diameter of the tube circumferential surface while the discharge of the fluid afterwards reduces the diameter of the tube circumferential surface.
