PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically dissolve the defect of causing a joining failure by dispersing uniformly the electric wire in a terminal by calking to extrude an insulation coat free of a gap so as to improve an electrical/mechanical properties. SOLUTION: In the case where an insulation coat electric wires W which are bundled in a plurality of pieces are direct set to the terminal S to hot calk the terminal part, the terminal inserted with the coat wire is inserted in one electrode 2, and pressurized by high pressuring force with the other electrode 1 corresponding to the recessed type electrode. Thereafter the pressurizing force of the electrode is changed to the low pressurizing force. During this time, a heating current for always obtaining an optimum state corresponding to the change of a resistance between the electrodes is made to flow by the stationary power control to join the joining parts.
