PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame removing device in a casting line not developing a crack or wear in either a large casting or a small casting. SOLUTION: Molding sand 2 is housed in a casting frame 1, a small cast product 3A housed in the molding sand 2 is pushed up by a punch up table 4 together with the molding sand 2, pushed out on a first shaker 6 by a pusher 5, and the first shaker 6 is oscillated to separate the molding sand 2. And the molding sand 2 is housed in the casting frame 1, a large cast product 3B housed in the molding sand 2 is pushed up by the punch up table 4 together with the molding sand 2, transferred to a second shaker by holding by a holding means 13 of a transfer means 10, and oscillated to separate the molding sand 2. In this way, the cast product 3 separated with the molding sand 2 is transferred to a cooling basket 8 by a pusher plate 14 of the transfer means 10, and cooled while carrying.
