PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic material free of trouble of a sensor in an image setter and having good haze. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic material having at least one photosensitive silver halide emulsion layer and at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer on a transparent support, the at least one hydrophilic colloidal layer contains fine particles having a refractive index of >=1.54 and 2 nm to <0.2μm average particle diameter.
