PURPOSE: A safety device is provided to stop ignition when a driver or passengers does not wear safety belts, and to stop shifting from parking or neutral position of transmission. CONSTITUTION: A safety device comprises an engine ignition locking member(10) and a locking member. The engine ignition locking member stops fuel with an alarm when a driver and passengers does not wear safety belts. The locking member stops transmission in park or neutral position by a shaft lever. The engine ignition locking member comprises a switch(11) to determine whether a driver is wearing a safety belt, an alarming light(12) in a cluster, an ECU(13) for fuel injection, and a relay(14) for operating a solenoid of the locking member. The relay(14) is installed between the cluster and the ECU to stop shifting gear.
