PURPOSE: A system for controlling a temperature of a vehicle by using a cellular phone is provided to always ride in the vehicle in a comfortable state by previously driving an air conditioner of the vehicle using the cellular phone before a driver rides in the vehicle for ventilating internal air or adjusting an internal temperature of the vehicle at a suitable temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cellular phone(10) inputs a command signal for the on/off of a starting device(50), an air conditioner system(60), and a sheet temperature adjusting device(70). A cellular phone base station(20) transmits and receives various data with the cellular phone(10). A control unit(40) receives a signal transmitted from the cellular phone base station(20), and controls the on/off of the starting device(50), the air conditioner system(60), and the sheet temperature adjusting device(70).
