PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and thus reducing cost by dispensing with a packing between a filter cover and a case. SOLUTION: An inside/outside air switching box (case) 10 is provided with a protruded case side fitting portion 10b extending to encircle an opening portion 10a and the filter cover 40 is provided with a recessed cover side fitting portion 42 extending corresponding to the case side fitting portion 10b. Thus, a labyrinth structure is formed between the filter cover 40 and the case 10 to encircle the opening portion 10a by irregularity fitting, and so the leakage of a blown air out of the opening portion 10a to the outside of the case 10 is minimized to be negligible. As a result, the number of part items and cost can be reduced by eliminating the need for the packing.
