PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an under-floor ventilator 1 in which an earth construction may not be needed when the ventilator is installed in a narrow under-floor and the ventilator can be easily standardized without increasing cost. SOLUTION: In the under-floor ventilator 1, an insulating sheet 21 is provided between a stator 13 and a coil 14. Bearing insulating covers 24 and 25 are provided between bearings 11A and 11B and motor housings 8A and 8B. Edged rings 23A and 23B are disposed between the stator 13 and the motor housings 8A and 8B. An impeller 7 made of an insulating material is attached to a shaft 10. A main body casing 6 is provided for housing the impeller 7. At least a double insulation is provided respectively between the main body easing 6 and the coil 14, and the motor housings 8A and 8B and the coil 14.
