PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incinerator as a primary furnace which enables beforehand efficient gacification of objects to be burnt so as to achieve good combustion efficiency for suppressing emission of harmful gas as much as possible, such as dioxin or the like, in a secondary furnace which is connected to an induction heating incinerator for thermal decomposition stage. SOLUTION: The incinerator for thermal decomposition stage, in which the objects to be burnt are gasified in a sealable furnace, is provided with; an electromagnetically inducible container having an intake port and discharge port for the objects to be burnt, an exhaust port for gasified objects to be burned and an air removing port for rendering the inside pressure to be low; an induction heating coil which is arranged outside the container; a screw conveyor for conveying the objects to be burnt in the container; and sealing shutters which are, respectively, disposed at the intake port, the discharge port, the air removing port and the exhaust port. The individual ports are opened and closed with the shutters, so that the objects to be burnt are taken in, the container is evacuated to a nearly vacuume state for gasification of the objects by induction heating, and gas and ash produced therein are discharged. The resulting gas is transferred to the secondary furnace.
