PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower the cost, to save a space, to reduce the weight, to save the maintenance, to improve the drainage performance by reducing the pressure loss with a straight arrangement, and to appropriately and excellently absorb a displacement in the all horizontal direction when an earthquakes strikes. SOLUTION: A flange 1A side joint pipe 6 to be connected to a fixed drain piping 11 is formed of an axial directional extension pipe 2 formed by concentrically fitting two rigid pipes 2A and 2B inside and outside of each other to slide freely in the axial direction, while sealing an inside and an outside contact parts. A flange 1B side joint pipe 6 to be connected to a displacement side drain piping 12 is formed of a flexible hose 3 composed of an elastic body which can be bent, extended and shrunken for deformation, and is communicated with the extension pipe 2.
