PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting device and the device for an antenna by which an antenna or the like is not broken even when excessive vibration acts on it. SOLUTION: An elastic body 50 is inserted in a hole 42 of a board member 40 and a part of the screw section 21 of a male screw side member 20 is put in a hole 52 of the elastic body 50, and further, the residual part of the screw section 21 of the male screw side member 20 and the female screw 31 of the female screw side member 30 are jointed together.
