PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate vertical positioning of a construction panel for eliminating misalignment of a pattern between the construction panels, to facilitate positioning of a cutting line during cutting out the construction panel from a large-size original plate, and to conceal a horizontal joint groove formed in a connection part between the panels through the overall length of the panel. SOLUTION: The surface of this construction panel 1 is provided with a pattern formed by arranging blocks 7, which are surrounded by joint grooves 5 and 6 and have various width and/or length, at random. In this construction panel 1, when at least one of the vertical joint grooves 5 in the uppermost column is used as a reference vertical joint groove 5A (5C) while at least one of the vertical joint grooves 5 in the lowermost column is used as a reference groove 5B (5D), positions of the upper and lower reference grooves 5A (5B) and 5C (5D) are matched mutually.
