PURPOSE: A device for adjusting a height of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to adjust a height of an LCD monitor according to a height of the upper half of the user's body. CONSTITUTION: A supporting stand(9) is received on a ground or a table. An engaging plate(4) engages an LCD. A height adjusting plate(10), which the lower end thereof is connected to the supporting stand(9), is positioned vertically to the supporting stand(9). And the upper end of the adjusting plate(10) is engaged to the engaging plate(4). The lower end body unit(60) receives a guiding unit(63) fixed in the supporting stand(9). The upper end body unit is engaged in the engaging plate(4), combined with the guiding unit(63), and receives a slider which is moved vertically in accordance with a length direction of the guiding unit(63). An elastic member(120) is engaged in the guiding unit(63), generates an elastic force identified with weights of the engaging plate(4), the LCD, and the upper end body unit, and makes the elastic force be operated toward the upper direction to the upper end body unit.
