METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CAP WITH BUILT-IN TEMPERATURE SENSOR AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cap is provided by cutting cylindrical pipe into two part and welding the cut part, thereby manufacturing the cap easily. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing cap with a built-in temperature sensor comprises a step of barrel process putting a metal pipe(7) in a barrel storing grinding stones and applying vibration to the barrel. Then the middle part of the metal pipe are pressed by a press several times to reduce the diameter of the pipe and to cut the pipe finally. The end of the cut pipe is rounded by an argon welding. Then the pipe is put into a barrel storing a cleaning agent and grinding stones applying vibration to wash the pipe.
