PURPOSE: A spacer for the arrangement of reinforcing bars is provided to fix reinforcing bars firmly and stably, to prevent reinforcing bars from bending, to increase productivity by functioning as an insert and to save labor costs. CONSTITUTION: The spacer for the arrangement of reinforcing bars comprises: a spacer body(10) provided with an upper bar holder(11) and a lower bar holder(12); a male tie(31) and a female tie(32) fixed to bind/fix an upper reinforcing bar and a lower reinforcing bar on the spacer body(10), wherein the male tie(31) has graduations(31a); and several support legs(40) fixed to one side of the spacer body(10) to support the spacer body(10).
