<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compressed urethane powder which can improve the material recycling ratio of a used refrigerator and material recovery into resources, is light in weight, can be transported easily, and is excellent in reactivity with a urethane decomposing agent, a method for producing a urethane raw material using the powder, hard urethane foam using the raw material, and a method for producing a refrigerator. SOLUTION: The compressed urethane powder 0.1-1.2 g/ml in bulk density and 1μm-3 mm in average particle size is obtained by crushing and compressing hard urethane foam separated from the used refrigerator. The powder is mixed with a 2-4C glycol or an amine, the mixture is heated to be liquefied, the liquefied material is reacted with high temperature, high pressure water to produce the polyurethane raw material. In addition, a polyurethane raw material polyol is obtained by the addition polymerization of an alkylene oxide, and the hard urethane foam is produced by using the polyol.</p> |
