<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: TO easily confirm a coincidence between the face image of an applicant and the information of the applicant thereby reducing inconsistency between the face image of the applicant and the information of the applicant, and eliminate sticking of the face photograph of the applicant onto an application form to be utilized for the confirmation of the person in question upon issuing of the ID card. SOLUTION: An image data memory means, for storing the face image of the applicant together with the proper discriminating information of the applicant, a data memory means, for storing the information on the applicant together with the proper discriminating information, a display means, for displaying simultaneously the image data by reading the image data from the image data memory means and the information on the applicant by reading the same from the data memory means based on the discriminating information, and a producing means, for producing the ID card by the information displayed in the display means, are provided.</p> |
