PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for guiding efficiently a route to a destination where a vehicle can not enter. SOLUTION: This electronic map information device used for route guide or route search for the vehicle is provided with a no-entry region data storage part for storing information on a gateway for going in and out of a no-entry region by a pedestrian, and a virtual destination data storage part used for route guide or route search related to the gateway and having some position in the no-entry region as the destination, for storing information on a virtual destination existing in a region enterable by the vehicle. Thus, the vehicle is guided along a route up to the virtual destination instead of the actual destination. |
