PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording head and an inkjet recorder wherein an ink supply needle can be readily fixed with high accuracy and the reliability can be improved. SOLUTION: This inkjet recording head comprises a head body 24 having a plurality of nozzles for ejecting ink drops and a holding section that holds an ink supply means and has an ink passage for communicating an ink supply hole of the ink supply means with the head body 24. A plurality of ink supply needle 16 each having a through-hole 18 forming a ink passage at a side communicating with the ink supply means and being inserted to the ink supply means are fixed to the holding section by ultrasonic welding and the ink supply needles 16 which require identical energy for the ultrasonic welding in the plurality of needles 16 are integrally coupled to each other so that it is possible to position and fix the ink supply needles 16 with high accuracy.
