PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a plurality of different kinds of fuels to each fuel tank with high accuracy so as to realize a predetermined ratio. SOLUTION: In a fuel feeder 10, a first fuel feed passage 12 for feeding gas fuel and a second fuel feed passage 14 for feeding liquid fuel are provided in parallel to each other inside a dispenser unit 11. The first fuel feed passage 12 and the second fuel feed passage 14 are respectively connected to two kinds of fuel tanks 16 and 17 mounted on the same vehicle 15, and feed each fuel at the predetermined ratio without mixing. A control circuit 50 controls the opening of shut-off valves 20 and 36 by detection signals from detection switches 31 and 48, and adjusts the opening of control valves 24 and 40 to control the flow rate so that the ratio becomes the predetermined value. When the volume of each fuel filled in the fuel tanks 16 and 17 reaches the predetermined filling value (the target value), the shut-off valves 20 and 36 are closed.
