PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raincoat preventing the inside from being humid due to perspiration. SOLUTION: This raincoat comprises as a measure to prevent the inside thereof from being humid, a raincoat for the lower half of the body with a removed hip part by cut, made through removing by cut the hip part for the lower half of the body and leaving a front as it is since it is likely to be hit by rainwater, and a swallow-tailed coat type raincoat for the upper half of the body, made long so as to cover the hip part.
