PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combination mask which can improve the precision of an image to be formed on a screen by introducing tension evenly in the entire screen. SOLUTION: The combination mask has a support sheet 21 kept tensioned on the inside of a plate frame material 11 formed in a square shape and the screen 31 stuck to the middle part of the support sheet 21 and having an image forming part 34 on which an image is formed, and has a part inside a part 32 of the support sheet 21, to which the screen 31 is stuck, is cut off. The screen 31 is formed in the shape of a polygon at least of a pentagon.
