PURPOSE: A health food using a mudfish and Acanthopanax as main ingredients is provided, thus it has good effects on liver protection, anti-fatigue, anti-aging, immunity improvement, invigoration and the like. CONSTITUTION: The health food using a mudfish and Acanthopanax as main ingredients is characterized by comprising 65 wt.% of a mudfish, 20 wt.% of Acanthopanax, 5 wt.% of Pueraria thunbergiana benth, 5 wt.% of Angelica gigas Nakai, 2 wt.% of Crataegus pinnatifida Bunge, 2 wt.% of Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance, and 1 wt.% of licorice. |
