PURPOSE: An image camera having various mode alarm functions and alarm and sound signal transmitting/receiving function, and a mobile alarm and sound signal transmitting/receiving apparatus having various mode alarm functions and a sender information display screen are provided to quickly respond to an image telephone when a user receives calling from the image telephone. CONSTITUTION: A speaker(310), a speaker adjusting volume(311), and a lamp(330) transmit a message a message indicates that a request of an image telephone is received to an image camera. An external speaker connecting terminal(312), a microphone connecting terminal(360), and a microphone adjusting volume(361) are coupled with equipment which a receiving person has. A sender information displaying screen(510), a lamp(520), a speaker(560), a speaker adjusting volume(561), and a motor(580) receive an alarm signal from an image camera and performs an alarm function. An ear microphone jack(530) is coupled with equipment which the receiving person has.
