METHOD FOR PROVIDING ANTISTATIC PROPERTY TO NONWOVEN FABRIC AND NONWOVEN FABRIC THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for providing antistatic property to a nonwoven fabric by preparing an electrically conductive polymer capable of providing a permanent antistatic property and then coating on a nonwoven fabric is provided, which produces an antistatic nonwoven fabric and related products which have strong resistance against solvent such as ethyl alcohol, water, isopropyl alcohol or the like. CONSTITUTION: A conductive coating composition comprising 0.l to 5 parts by weight of a conductive polymer, 10 to 50 parts by weight of an adhesive binder having a glass transition temperature of -40deg.C or more, 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a curing agent and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant, is dissolved in 5 to 95 parts by weight of a solvent, coated on a nonwoven fabric by a conventional coating method and then dried at 40 to 200deg.C.
