PURPOSE: A defroster by using a wiper is provided to travel safely by eliminating frost and thin ice without damage of a wiper blade with forming a hot wire in the wiper blade and moving a wiper arm spaced from the windshield glass. CONSTITUTION: A defroster is composed of a wiper blade(100), a wiper arm, a bracket(120), and an ETACS(Electronic Time and Alarm Control System). Two hot wires are formed around the blade edge in the lower part of the wiper blade, and controlled by the ETACS. A permanent magnet is formed in the wiper arm, and an electromagnet is formed in the bracket. The permanent magnet is pulled back by the electromagnet. Frost or ice is eliminated with preheating hot wires by the ETACS.
