PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup unit for an ocular image by which the image is precisely photographed with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This image pickup unit for the ocular image incorporates an objective lens 1, an imaging device 2 such as a CCD constituting an image pickup part, a light shielding part 3 and a light guiding part 4 as a basic constitution. The light shielding part 3 intercepts a part of a photographing optical path, and is concentrically provided with the optical axis 5 of a photographing optical system. The light guiding part 4 guides visible light from a visible light source to the side of the objective lens 1 from the middle of the photographing optical path. The cross section of the guided visible light 6 has a shape similar to the light shielding part 3, and a center thereof coincides with the optical axis 5. Also, the area rations of the cross section of the visible light 6 and the light shielding part 3 to the effective optical path cross section of the photographing optical system are set nearly equal or the area ratio of the visible light 6 is set to be a little larger. |
