PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a precision molding having a thick wall or a biased wall in high productivity by a simple mold structure. SOLUTION: A molten resin is injected through a gate to be packed in cavity 1, and a transfer surface 2 is transferred to the resin by the pressure of the resin generated in the cavity 1. When the cooling and solidification of the resin packed in the cavity 1 advances, and the resin pressure approaches zero, a ceramic piezoelectric element 5 set in an incoming piece 4 is driven, and compressed gas is supplied from a vent hole 7 formed in the incoming piece 4 while vibration of prescribed amplitude and a prescribed frequency is given to the resin so that the gas is diffused between a cavity surface 3 and the resin which are vibrated by the ceramic element 5 to form voids.
