PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous paint composition capable of one coat finishing to plastic base materials such as a polypropylene base material, etc., and capable of obtaining high cohesiveness, excellent pollution resistance to beef tallow, and alkali resistance by firing at 70 deg.C for five minutes, and a painted material therewith. SOLUTION: This aqueous paint composition contains a chlorinated polypropylene resin emulsion having a chlorine content of 15-25 wt.% and a maleic anhydride modification quantity of 1.0-5.0 wt.%, an acrylic resin emulsion modified with 0-30 wt.% said chlorinated polypropylene resin and having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 90 deg., a polycarbodiimide crosslinking agent, and a resin powder, and this painted product is painted with the aqueous paint composition.
