PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a fitting and the fitting equipped therewith capable of promoting sealing efficiency while controlling sliding resistance by a sealing member to the utmost. SOLUTION: For the sealing structure of the fitting for sealing between a jamb and a stile by bringing a composite sealing member 37 fixed to the jamb 13 into contact with the stile 44 rotating around a vertical shaft, the composite sealing member 37 includes a supporting base section 81 fixed to the jamb 13, a pair of sealing piece sections 82 and 82 extended from the supporting base section 81 and a sponge-like sealing section 83 put between a pair of sealing piece sections 82 and 82, and the sponge-like sealing section 83 is formed in a short length to put it between the jamb 13 and the lower end section of the stile 44.
