PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating function attached window capable of solving such a fact that the only way of ventilation is usually to open a window or use a ventilating fan, in the case of being away or in the case of ventilation in the night, it is risky for the window to keep opening in terms of prevention of crimes and that the ventilating fan is required for investment in equipment to bear expenses also for maintenance. SOLUTION: A sash sheave part is moved in a state to lock a double sliding window, doors and windows are pushed up to make air circulation openings, and the air and an indoor section are so constituted that well-ventilation can occur.
