PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor sheet and flooring using the floor sheet allowing stable mass production of flooring with various requested design properties and providing excellent wear resistance and durability for withstanding the use as the flooring over many years. SOLUTION: In this floor sheet, a transparent resin layer 3 comprising one or more layers of non-chlorine thermoplastic resin and having the surface fit for recoating with an electron ray or ultraviolet ray setting resin is provided through a pattern printing layer 2 on a base body sheet 1 formed of a non- chlorine thermoplastic resin.
