PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive which improves defect of deficiency of removability of an acrylic adhesive, has a medium tack strength which can not be attained with a conventional polyurethane resin-based adhesive and contains a urethane urea resin whose production process is simplified. SOLUTION: The urethane urea resin is obtained by reacting a raw material comprising a polyol (a), a polyisocyanate (b) and an amine (c) represented by formula (1) (Y is a monofunctional hydrocarbon group containing one or more active hydrogen-containing function groups and may contain NH in the main chain; (n) is 0 or 1; R<1> and R<2> are each independently hydrogen atom or a hydroxy group-free monofunctional hydrocarbon group; R<3> and R<4> are each independently hydrogen atom or a monofunctional hydrocarbon group).
