PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve steering stability by suppressing transmission of vibration to a rim. SOLUTION: A bead core 5 has a ring shape formed by windingly stacking multiple wire layers 11 formed by laterally aligning bead wires 10 along a bead bottom part 4S multiple times and a rubber layer 12 with rubber hardness of 86-96 deg. interposed between the wire layers 11 and 11 adjoining to each other in the inside/outside in the radial direction.
