MICRO-ARRAY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-array containing biological reaction molecules, a method of utilizing the micro-array, and a method of manufacturing the micro- array. SOLUTION: Thin tubes or rods in which specific reaction products are respectively enclosed or adhered are prepared and bundled. In addition, the bundle is impregnated with a cuttable adhesive material or wrapped with the adhesive material, arbitrarily. When the micro-array is manufactured by slicing the bundle after confirming that the components of the bundle maintain a fixed structural pattern in the lengthwise direction as a whole, identical micro-arrays can be mass-produced.
