<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fiber material in a material to be treated from blocking the inside of a pyrolysis means, and to safely remove an organic halogen compound contained in a plastic material. SOLUTION: A material to be treated, which is obtained by pulverizing a waste fiber-reinforced plastic material, is fed in a pyrolysis apparatus 19 with a dechlorinating agent by a feeding device 16, is transferred through a pyrolysis furnace 20 in a top side by a transferring means 22, is dried and dechlorinated, is transferred through a transferring path 24 by a transferring means 25, and thereafter, is transferred through a pyrolysis furnace 21 in a bottom side by a transferring means 23, carbonized to obtain a treated material composed of an obtained carbonized material and the fiber by a recovering means 45.</p> |
