PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave non-destructive inspection device enabling highly accurate inspection. SOLUTION: Microwaves generated by a first oscillator 212 and microwaves generated by a second oscillator 214 are selected by a switch 216, and the selected microwaves are distributed to measuring waves and reference waves by a coupler 220. The measuring waves are emitted to an object to be measured from an antenna 226 through a circulator 232 and a flexible waveguide 222. The reflected waves from the object to be measured are received by the same antenna 226 to be applied to a hybrid coupler (HB-coupler) 254 through the circulator 232 and an attenuator 242. The reference waves are reflected by a shortcircuit terminal 228 through a flexible waveguide 224 to be inputted to a phase shifter 244, and inputted to an HB-couplers 252 and 256 from a magic T246. The outputs from the HB-couplers are detected as DC by a detector.
