PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional structure-like net which well retains the shapes of three-dimensional string portions for forming net stitch spaces and further the whole shape of the net, has a high space-holding degree and a small weight, can hold a good elastic force, and can suitably be used for cushions, mats, spacers, and the like. SOLUTION: This three-dimensional structure-like net comprises net-like front and back knitted fabrics 1, 2 and connection yarns 3 for connecting both the knitted fabrics. The connection yarns 3 are spanned between string portions 11, 21 for forming the stitches in the front and back knitted fabrics 1, 2 to form the three-dimensional string portions 4. The three-dimensional net stitch spaces S are divided with the three-dimensional string portions 4. In arbitrary sites of the three-dimensional string portions 4 in the knitting direction, the connection yarns 3 are obliquely transferred to stitch rows apart by one or more rows from the stitch row from one of the front and back knitted fabrics 1, 2 to the corresponding other to form the net.
