PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament composition having an enhanced effect on an expectoration syndrome caused by a cold or the like. SOLUTION: This medicament composition is compounded from (a) one or more kinds of compounds selected from eprazinone, oxeladin, and their salts and (b) one or more kinds of compounds selected from isothipendyl, diphenylpyraline, diphenhydramine, difeterol, triprolidine, tripelennamine, thonzylamine, fenethazine, methdilazine, carbinoxamine, alimemazine, mebhydroline, promethazine, chlorpheniramine, iproheptine, and their salts.
