PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine capable of reducing an unwashed part on a rear end face of a washed vehicle, when vehicle provided with obstacles such as a rear mirror and the like is washed. SOLUTION: A washing machine body is provided with a top brush 11 vertically movable for washing a top face of the washed vehicle 3, and the top brush 11 is composed of a rotatable shaft body 15 and a brush 16 mounted on an outer peripheral face of the shaft body 15. In a case when the rear mirror 23 is mounted near a rear end upper part of the washed vehicle 3, a ceiling part 3a of the vehicle 3 is washed at a specific height H by the top brush 11, and then the top brush 11 is lowered from the specific height H by a predetermined height h1 when it is moved from a ceiling rear end part P to the rear end face 3b of the washed vehicle 3.
