PURPOSE: An automatic meat incision forming machine is provided to make a piece of meat transferred along a conveyor to be inversed automatically in order to form incisions at both sides of the meat. CONSTITUTION: The automatic meat incision forming machine comprises both side frames(10); a conveyor belt(20) installed between the both side frames; first and second incision forming units(30,40) installed at both sides of the conveyor belt, each unit having a motor, a roller, a forming blade rotating shaft and an adjusting unit for adjusting a contact degree between the shaft and the roller; and a direction inverting unit(50).
