PURPOSE: A radial rotation device of an air apparatus is provided for easy molding process reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An air apparatus(50) comprises a rotation shaft(52), an air passage(54), a wing rotating part(56) and a housing(58). The air apparatus is installed in a central axis of the housing, while providing a grinder(60) in an end of the rotation shaft. A cap having an air supplying port is connected at the rear end of the housing to supply air. The air passage is formed to inject air by the wing rotating part. The air passage comprises a first air passage(76) connected to the air supplying port, and a second air passage(78) connected to the housing lengthwise.
