<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which can raise resolution when displaying an image on a curved surface screen. SOLUTION: A rectangular region 200 indicates a storage region of image information provided in a frame buffer, and the rectangular region 200 corresponds to the projection range of a projector. A circular region 210 corresponds to the image circle of a wide-angle lens, and is associated with positions where a circumferential part comes in contact with each of the lower hem, the right side and left side of the rectangular region 200. The rectangular region 200 is set so that the partial region 220 of the upper part of the circular region 210 deviate from the rectangular region 200. The image information is written in a region where the rectangular region 200 overlaps with the circular region 210. A game image is illuminated from the projector on the basis of the image information, and is projected on a spherical surface screen through a predetermined wide-angle lens.</p> |
