PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building air conditioning system in which a tenant can alter the operating time band of an air conditioning apparatus freely. SOLUTION: Information concerning to alteration of the operating time band of a specific air conditioning apparatus 1 is transmitted from the information terminal 10 of a tenant T through a communication network 11 and a Web server 12 to a BMS server 13 where the operating time band data of the specific air conditioning apparatus 1 held in a data base 4 is corrected and the apparatus 1 is operated according to the corrected data.
