PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffuser for a gas duct burner which generates a smaller out-of-plane swirl to accelerate mixing of a fuel and a turbine exhaust gas at the downstream. SOLUTION: A plate whose length is defined by the distance between first and second ends, and whose width is defined by the distance between first and second sides, has a first portion wherein the width is uniformed and a second portion wherein the width varies, both for being disposed adjacent to a stabilizer.
