PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof wall which is installed between a roadway and a sidewalk, made removable in construction, snow removal and the like, and prevented from being a hindrance to pedestrians. SOLUTION: A recess 12, into which a base plate 20 at a lower end of a support 18 is sunk, is formed in a concrete foundation 10, and an anchor bolt 14 is fixed vertically to the inside of the recess 12 in such a manner that a top part of the anchor bolt 14 is housed in the recess 12. The base plate 20 is fixed to the anchor bolt 14 by a nut 24 so as to erect the support 18. A base cover 26 is fitted into the recess 12 around the support 18. In this way, a sound-proof panel is mounted removably between the supports 18 erected at a prescribed interval on a border between the roadway and the sidewalk.
