PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex hardened body enabling weight reduction. SOLUTION: In an inorganic amorphous body 2, a hollow powder 4 having lighter specific gravity and lighter weight than those of the inorganic amorphous body 2 exists together with an organic fibrous material 3. This enables the weight reduction of the complex hardened body 1 without lowering the strength of the complex hardened body 1.
