摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform control responsive to a large variation of a warp tension for a delivering motor during starting of a loom and then smoothly transfer the control to usual speed control. SOLUTION: An electric delivering controller 13 is capable of detecting the warp yarn tension during a prescribed period for detecting the tension during operation of the loom 1, comparing the average tension of the warp yarn tension with a target tension, performing the speed control of the delivering motor 14 for a warp yarn 2 based on the results of comparison and further carrying out delivering control of the warp yarn 2. In the electric delivering controller 13, a delivering motor 14 is driven on the basis of a specific speed command without performing the speed control of the delivering motor 14 based on the results of the comparison of an average tension of the warp yarn 2 with the target tension. The warp yarn tension detected to the prescribed period from the start of the loom 1 is not used for tension control of the warp yarn 2 after the time when the prescribed period is completed.
