PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oriented ceramic of 1st perovskite type pentavalent metal acid alkali compound and a method of manufacturing the same, and also to provide anisotropic shape powder A and a method of manufacturing the same which is preferable for reactive template at the time of manufacturing the crystal oriented ceramic. SOLUTION: The crystal oriented ceramic composed of polycrystalline substance of 1st perovskite type pentavalent metal acid alkali compound as a main phase, a specific crystal face of each crystal grain constituting the polycrystalline substance is oriented. The crystal oriented ceramic is obtained by forming the mixture of 1st anisotropic shape powder, the growing face of which is having lattice consistency with a specific crystal face of 1st perovskite type pentavalent metal acid alkali compound, and a 1st reaction material which generates at least 1st perovskite type pentavalent metal acid alkali compound when reacted with 1st anisotropic shape powder, and heating the above formed matter.
